great fishing incoming?
 

just a heads up guys i have a feeling mid to later this week will be some great fishing, in general! with the water temp drops from 70's to 60's over the last week and the high pressure system settling in, it might be a great opportunity to go after that species that has evaded you previously! or get out there in search of a big one! (that's what i'll be doing after work wed and friday!) get out there guys, i have a feeling!

can't get much worse...:mad:....been hitting the water hard the past 2 weekends and don't have much to show for it....

BTW shallow water <5' were reading in the mid 50's yesterday! Deep water was in the mid60's

tried a few shore spots here and there recently and it has sucked. if it doesn't turn on in the next 3 days i guess i'll have to eat my hat...

chris its rly hard to do anything now on LH unless your boating. Fish are in the 25ft break already and thats where all the bait is too, and deeper. You have to be able to hit deep water from shore if you have any luck at all.

Oh I wasn't hitting cong from shore, I meant some ponds and p River. I won't have time to get in a boat till Friday, but I nailed a beast pike today, 37 1/8", crushed my old pb!

bailed out of work early and was rewarded with absolutely perfect conditions early this afternoon...clouds, light breeze, no boats....didn't get a sniff from Mr Eye or Mr Hybrid..

clouds cleared and i changed gears...caught 3 nice lmb in under an hour ....take that as a win any day......
