Re: Big Jamaica - Albacore and Blues
I have noticed everyone is keeping the false albies
Are they good table fare?? |
Re: Big Jamaica - Albacore and Blues
Guaranteed the overwhelming majority end up in the garbage. I don't care what anyone says, they are absolutely awful eating. Total waste to have them go home - enjoy the amazing fight they put up, then toss them back.

Re: Big Jamaica - Albacore and Blues
Can anyone send me a pm of where these albies are being caught, i would love to go out and fight some of these little tough guys...
thanks, TFS |
Re: Big Jamaica - Albacore and Blues
They make great strip baits for fluke. Wish I could see the look on people's face when they try to eat one.

Re: Big Jamaica - Albacore and Blues
I have several great recipes for them, most involve fresh lemon slices...paper plates, used toilet paper, foil and dirt... All say eat everything but the fish! So I would pass:confused:
