Fishing the Channels

Got a late start today left around 10. Started the day in the reach with live snappers and no wind no drift. Ran out to the 5/6 SH channel cans and too much current but had a breeze. Back to the tip of the hook then back in the bay once the wind picked up. Lots of shorts even on the snappers and had a decent day with fish up to 8 lbs. Snappers did the trick for pops, pink and chartreuse gulp for me.
