FISH STIX - Fri-Mon Fluke Reports
 

Friday 7/17 had Jays 6-9am charter for his son and 2 nephews all around 12 yrs old. Decent size swell made the little guys a little green. Made 2 local drifts caught a few shorts and a keeper before heading in at 830am.

Saturday 7/18 open boat crew of 6 good flukers. Well it didn't matter. We didn't catch shit. 3 keepers and the guys begged to go in early.

Sunday 7/19 we had Brian's charter of 5 for fluke. Let's just say the beers were flowing at 530am and they had a man down by 9am ish. The 4 of them caught 6 nice keepers all dragging bait. Hit the barn early so they didn't catch the traffic going north!

Monday 7/20 open boat crew of 6. Total hack job. After fishing north this fluke season, I decided to try and get away from the shorts and try some deep water for bigger fish. Well, we did find a couple nice sized ones. But only a couple. Barely any shorts, barely any bites at that. Put in a longgggg day and only managed 5 keepers to 6lbs.

Off tomorrow for maintenance then back out everyday the weather lets us.
