Smooth Dogfish

If anyone ever cursed out those pesky dogfish while targeting fluke and wondered how to avoid or eliminate them, here's an answer. There is at least one gill netter who is targeting them off Sandy Hook. The doggies are shipped overseas where they are used for fish and chips among other dishes. Believe it or not, the season for them has been slow so far this year.
