How is barnegate bay doing fluke wise

Have not been down to fish lbi for couple weeks how has it been? I have been in shark river a lot. I could t not even estimate how manh shorts i went through before i got my first keeper of the season. It was a 6.4 lb beast. It beat my best fluke by one oz. I hope my streak of not catching keepers is over

Fished Barnegat Bay for a couple of hours this weekend with the kids. We had all shorts, but two of my friends had better luck both bringing home a couple of keepers for dinner.

yea thats all i have been hearing. I was hoping it got better. Always liked fishing barnegat bay but its let me down to many times this season so I decided to give it a break. We had so many fluke that were just barley short but it was tons of fun. And all the shorts seemed like that were much thicker than normal.
