BUCKETMOUTH and Massive bow
 

Bigboy sent me a txt last night if I was down for some bass on the fly. We got a late start in the morning and got there around 10:30. Within a couple casts I was into a small bass on a top water frog. The fly fishing was slow so we changed to spinning gear. 20 min later bigboy screams "I got a nice bass, wait its a bow!!". He landed it and it was around 22 inches. Released to fight another day. With no action again we switched to fly rod. We seen a nice bass in the water and were casting everything to it. Then I finally got him to strike. Made a nice trash on top of the water and went for a couple runs and landed again. Keep in mind that I got this fish on my 4wt trout rod. This fish also measured around 22. I'm assuming it was 5lb. All fish were released. All in all a good day.

2 really beautiful fish. Thats one pretty Rainbow and that BUCKETMOUTH is a BEAST. No doubt over 5 lbs! A 22 inch LM is a definite trophy. Nice catch!!!
