Ocean Explorer Saturday
 

5-30-15 Pretty nice out there most of the day,,,south wind picked up in the afternoon but not bad...Water warmed up on the surface to but still it did not help the fishing..It was pretty dull on most drops today,,might have seen 6-12 sea bass a stop scattered around the boat then you would have to move the boat so I was busy today making quite a few drops to try and find some decent life but it was a tough day overall.Few ling,,winter flounder,,threw back some nice blackfish,and some small codfish rounded it off..Tomorrow we might have to take a different route to find some better fishing,,So tomorrow looks nice,,,heading back out in the morning after some nice sea bass,,,,pics,,see ya for coffee.

It was a great trip for us. I however could not catch a cold. The pool winner is being held up by my son Chase's buddy Ray. He had never fished salt water before and as beginner's luck would have it, smacks the pool fish. My son ( his bachelor's party) who is standing next to him had a monster blackfish mid day. She swam away fast as could be. Captain worked his butt off to put us on the fish. Slow fishing but a great time. Water has to warm up eventually. Can't wait to get out there again.

No one can ever say Bobby and crew don't put in the every effort to put together a catch. Congrats on the pool fish.
