Favorite night spot
 

Just a heads up to my fellow fishermen who fish the HGs at night. The gentleman who lives in the house works for the county and is starting to kick people out after hours...:(
At least he didn't call the cops, he was actually very nice about it. It is a county park and if I'm not mistaken, you can fish til 1/2 hr after sunset.

SECTION 11. CLOSING HOURS

All Parks will close one half-hour after sunset as defined by the U.S. Weather Bureau for the Somerville area except where and when specific closing hours are designated.

That's a bummer! Oh boy! How else can we get in there without walking 5 miles? I know you and some other anglers do very well there. Say it ain't so!

Funny thing is, I told my boys that it's probably going to be packed for the holiday. There were 6 cars there when we pulled up, but only 4 fishermen were at falls, besides us. We hooked up w a couple nice catties when some guy came walking down the path and said we all have to leave. I spoke to him briefly and his main concern was kids partying, not necessarily us folks fishing. But all the same, he asked if we would kindly leave the premises. I'll give it a rest and try back in a little while, let things calm down..looks like the canoe will get a little use in the meantime;)

Thanks for the heads up.. no way no how is billy bad ass stopin me from catchin beast!!! Sum1 is goin for a swim!!!!
