Limits proposed for fluke, sea bass & scup

2015 limits have been proposed for black sea bass, summer flounder and scup with a 15-day public comment period. See http://www.examiner.com/article/2015...black-sea-bass

So they're thinking about changing sea bass regs?

i am guessing maybe this would be federal regs wich do not matter as no sea bass can be caught in Nj waters til 5-23

But NJ regs end up mimicking the fed.

The rules apply in federal waters. NJ sets its own rules for its own waters. But the feds can change the rules if it determines a state isn't adequately protecting a stock.

Just to be clear, if you're planning on bringing your boat back to a NJ port, you had better be in compliance with NJ regs, no matter what the federal ones are.
