Swartswood question
 

Does anyone know any of any boat rental places at swartswood. I know the state has a rental place in the park but I am not the smallest guy and with my friend on that boat, I was almost certain we were going over, the boat felt so flimsy and thin. I have great memories of fishing there as a kid but our family friend with the boat passed and I'd really like to get out there again. Thanks

That's the only one I'm aware of. It looks like you are out of luck until Memorial Day.

Question years ago U would rent a row boat at the North Shore House is that place still there?

I always got a kick the owners were two brothers and they would fight about who took care of the Bar and who took care of the boats. That was one of a H### of a long time ago.

I think the state livery is the only one still going. North Shore House had a rental and bait shop. Rabbit Patch campgrounds used to rent boats also down by Dove Island.
