Bushwack Trout !
 

Decided to hit a feeder stream that I have been dying to fish for years that runs into the SBR. So off I went bushwacking my way through the stickers,mud etc to find myself some very nice pools that had some fine "Bows" in them. I wound up catching and releasing 5 and also missing a few. Once again a dark colored 1/8 spinner did the trick. Must of walked over 2 miles though the woods but I felt great despite the scratches from the stickers and muddy shoes !!! Get out there they are biting!

Upper South Branch above Clinton Falls, Lower South Branch below Clinton Falls. You are my eyes and ears, if you see something you don't like please let me know. I want to see if the Lower South Branch changes in light of recent clean up efforts. Sounds like you had a blast !

Hey Wilson...long time no see. I hope all is good. I have been fishing way below the Clinton falls. If you want details I will share with a ole fishing buddy just IM me. I haven't been posting pics which everyone loves since I leave my smart phone behind in the car plus it's catch and release. They are there and biting. Just gotta have the touch and fish the right pools! Also I will let you know if I see any tires or and other junk that should be removed. Thanks for being the man and organizing a clean up of this awesome river!
