Good day trouting
 

Got a late start this morning and arrived at the black river around 10:30 this morning. Fished for about 2.5 hours and we got about 15 trout between my dad, sister and brother. The action slowed down so we went over to the s/b raritan river. We got acouple more stockies and I managed to get a nice 22inch rainbow. 5 we kept for the table and the big one was released to fight another day. They were hittting rapalas, spinners and single eggs.

That's a nice trout. Lost a 16 or so incher twice on Wednesday, salmon eggs. Went back for it yesterday, but two guys were right in my spot & no room.
