Fluke and Crab Meat
 

I sometimes like to take a nice fluke filet and roll it up like a jelly roll with crab meat inside using tooth picks to hold it togeather and put it in the broiler.When that is cooking heat up some Bookbinders Sea Food Bisque soup ( or others ) and use as a gravy and add what you like.
