Passaic River Lmb
 

Not too much luck lately on the bigger lakes so stayed local and tried out the river to see if anything would bite. Had tip-ups going with small/medium sized live bait, and also 1 or 2 rigged with bread & yellow veggies, for carp. Jig rods going with nightcrawlers, mousies, and mealworms.
Seemed like they're holding super tight to structure so I had moved other tip-ups to accommodate. I literally set up in and on top of downed trees and brushpiles protruding from the ice. Only got love from 3 dink bass in the same hole that held the most structure. Nothing of size but my 1st few through river ice and beat the skunk as well.

sweet! careful setting up over thick stuff my leg went through over stuff like that one time
