1-17-15 Wow was that a cold one today,,,I give credit to those of you that stood out there and fished today,,,Definately the coldest so far this year I thought....We started out with decent life today,,had fish coming up pretty quick but after a while we had a strong current out of the south come up and pretty much closed down the fishing for us,,it was a struggle most of the day with the current running hard,,,12oz.on some spots in the deeper water and it still was not enough...3-4 guys managed to get 2 keepers each but most had none or one.... A few ling and no cods today,,,,Some short life but overall it was slow all around....I do look forward to getting back out tomorrow though,,,its gonna be a whole new ball game and its gonna be warmer with temps up in the 40s!!!!!!!!So see ya for coffee!!!!pics
