Once again...nice job Andy.
If it wasn't for you and the rest of your volunteers these rivers would degrade into a landfill. Once the junk starts being dumped, other slobs feel that this is an acceptable dumping place.

Whenever my wife and I take our 4x4 truck for a ride on the sand roads in the pines, we always manage to pick up about a half dozen garbage bags of bottles, cans, plastic bags, etc that are discarded by the unthinking dolts who are too busy to carry their junk back out. There are also piles of sheet rock, shingles, water heaters, etc. left by do-it-your selfers who are improving their house. For some reason, not many tires though.
