http://i1054.photobucket.com/albums/...026_173815.jpg Hit deleware river upstate ny today, looked at google maps last night and picked an area near callicoon ny and headed out with my buddy. Hit the water at around 11:30 am and fished till about 6. Managed a total of about a dozan smallies, biggest was around 3 pounds. My buddy got a 19 inch walleye and I got a 12 inch brown. Just before we were gonna leave I toss my silver and black storm jerkbait into about 2 feet of water and bam this beauty slams my bait and after a nice battle got em to the net. Didn't get any measurements but I would guess 25 inches 3 1/2-4 pounds. The scenery is also amazing up there. Without giving any specific spots does anyone have any recommendations on what areas of the upper deleware has good trout fishing and can be accessed with a 12 foot deep v with a 9.9 motor. Been trying to get back up there for the last 2 weeks ! Did really well on trout off the banks last time I was up there. GREAT looking fish !! As far as launching I haven't a clue, always float with a guide.

I got more spots than a leopard!!!!! Nice fish my friend. Mad to see your out there wackin something. That's a beautiful Brown! AWESOME!!!:D
