Fall Trout Stockies, Bonus Big Bow
 

Went out chasing trout again yesterday. Rains the day before brought the river up some but it was still clear. First pool I walked up to had fish swirling left and right. :D Ten casts later I had 4 stockies and a couple misses, lol. All fish under 10" but hungry, feisty, and disease free! Seemed like they where spread out pretty well too cause I continued to pick away at more stockies quite a ways downstream.

At one point I walked up to a new pool, took a cast, and got hammered by a noticeably better fish. Couple runs and some nice splashes later I landed my biggest bow of the year!! No measure but she definitely had some size!! Not long after I hooked up another holdover in some fast water. Not quite as big but Def pulled hard in the current! Picked up a few more stockies on my way back and called it quits. All in all, not a bad day. Had some nice weather, good scenery, and some tight lines!!!!
