I sent my E to Mr.Waine . I also encourage all to send him a letter requesting that they keep the present day striped bass regs. until more info can be obtained. I can not believe that the RFA endorsed the Option B 1 plan. Seems like they did not talk to you or Capt. Ron or many of the people on this board. Totally upset with their proposal for a myriad of reasons. Stand up and be counted !!!!!!!!!!!!
