Peanut Bunker Shrewsbury River
 

Any peanut bunker in the Shrewsbury / Navesink River? Yesterday morning threw the net back in Little Silver by the railroad bridge and then by Casa Comedia with no luck.

I throw a cast net before every trip - regardless If I'm surf fishing or on a boat.

No luck finding any peanuts in quantity so far this year.

Yesterday there were mullet off of sandy hook- both ocean side and in the river.

I surf fished the hook in the am. Many short fluke, snappers and blues...all on cut/live mullet

Found some mullet around Shark River yesterday. Low tide in the Avon surf.
