Funny Pharm Fluking
Like everyone else. we crushed them all afternoon non-stop. I had a friend from Wilmington, N.C. John Mauck, his girlfriend Rose Mary, and my wife Anne aboard. The North Carolinians couldn't get over the fact that hundreds of boats were fishing just for fluke. There are no boats that target fluke in N.C. They are gulf stream trips mostly.
Every fish we kept was around 3lbs. We released so many I lost count. Joe Fishlers, Keyport N.J., homemade bucktails with stinger hooks tip with smelts did the job for John and I. The girls dragged bait with a little less success. Love checking out fish and girls at the same time. Especially if they are adding to my life (Cooler). LOL!
