Hand Gun took three days
 

Last week bought a Ruger Blackhawk 357mag. in stainless paid for it Wed.
three day felon check picked it up on Fri. no permit. Big change from NJ
It will be my gun to Hog Hunt.
A little to easy in my opinion but that's the law down here.

Exactly why I appreciate the PA gun laws as well. AND the permit to carry concealed weapons. Florida is a second home so transfer will be no issue....

Mike I submitted the paper work concealed carry permit I t should be in the mail in two weeks.

I wish I could get a ccp in jersey. Fat chance! I've owned a handgun for 30 years, never been arrested and it's still impossible for me to get:mad: it's bull shyte

Yes I'm doing great down here great fishing warm weather all yr. and now looking for property to hunt hogs. Deer this far south isn't like NJ you need to go north near the Ga border. Hogs will be fun once I find some land not state ground.

Glad to hear you are enjoying retirement, Bill. Good luck and have fun with the Ruger. I just bought a .40 Sig in PA. Transaction start to finish, including background check, was 45 minutes.
