Wednesday Paramount Deepwater

Went out with a pretty big crowd on a beautiful day. Too beautiful for good anchoring conditions as it turned out. We moved around a lot and picked. Pretty good flounder bite with some ling and a few cod. I wound up with 11 ling and 3 flounder OLR. A father and son were hi hooks with 27 ling and 3 flounder. Pool was a 5lb cod. Try out some smaller hooks like 1/0 baitholders or number 6 VAs as a bottom hook to increase your flounder catches

Bait. The flounder we are catching are 15"-21" winter flounder, not summer flounder or fluke. They have small mouths and grub on the bottom.
