Bottom fishing 7/29
 

Since I can't make it out tomorrow on my actual birthday me and my gf hit a NS out of PP for some bottom fishing. Conditions were great and the fishing wasn't too bad either. We got our two person limit of sea bass which is a joke at 6 fish but most were nice sized and didn't need to be measured. Also wound up with 22 ling and I got a nice winter flounder. Fishing was picky most of the day but the last two drops I must have been in the hole because I was on fire catching ling on pretty much every drop to the bottom. Just lost the pool to a bigger flounder but I definitely can't complain as we got a nice bag of meat to take home and it was a beautiful day on the water! I also managed to avoid the dreaded CONGOS but skates were a bit of nuisance at times.
