Dexter,accu-sharp,smith's- all produce a descent edge to start... The ones that have the "knuckle" guard.. I follow that up with the dexter diamond steel with a few upstrokes and your good to go- have a cheap samurai sword that was given to me with no edge- hit it with the blue n white then went to the steel to finish, now all I need is a damn tuna to play with...
