Still catching stripers
 
The bass are back! The chunk bite as well as live lining has been good.20lb average with a few 30lb fish.These are Hudson bass and this happens every July. Last licks for bass is now.

Iwould keep that honey hole to myself if i were you! I havent seen a bass in ovee a month and im withdrawling bad!

They were with the blues up in the channels, at least last week they were. A few were caught and you could see a few rolling on top.

Interesting. There migration always amazed me.
I am reading a book now called On The Run which is about an angler who chases the bass as they migrate from Maine down south. Good reading.
