Navsink River Fluke

This morning Jim, Cliff and I set out on the Navasink River, I fished my usual Killie and a bucktail, Cliff with his Spro Gulp set up and Jim the same!
The day was Beautiful and the conditions were good but the Weekend Boat Traffic was insane......
We fished different areas due to the changing wind and tide! throughout the day between us we had over 65 fish and 6 of them being keepers! I had my limit today with a 4.5 lb'er to top the catch.....I must say that there were more than 3 occassions where some real big fish were lost especially the one jim got to the surface!.....it just spit the hook and floated away back to the river bottom!

The fish are there but locating them today was a bit of a challenge due to the Boat traffic and the changing winds....

Keep on Fluking!!
