Professionally built 3/4" marine plywood outside, 1" insulating foam, 1/4 " plywood inside, both sides wrapped in fiberglass and finished in awlgrip. 2 " PVC threaded drain, stainless steel piano hinge splits top. This box is built like a tank, keeps ice for days. $800
