Qwestion can a rod be rewrapped with a deferent color combination?

It can but probably cost you nearly the same as getting a new one built

This is true. I do re wraps but unless you love the rod having a new custom built is about the same price because of the extra labor taking the guides off and preping the blank to be rewrapped.

I had a rod quoted to be rewrapped last year for about $75. Guides only, not the grip/handle. All depends on the type of rod/guides. It def isn't cheap and like other have said, it may cost just as much as a new rod.
