Party boat angler foggy ling

Not many people for a nice day other than the fog and the ling were hungry. There was one problem thou, the anchoring conditions were as bad as they get with a south wind and outgoing tide. Keeping the boat on the wreck was next to impossible and we ended up drifting. Tom the Baker was high hook with 25 to 30 ling. He is shown holding a pair of nice sow bellies. He lost the pool to Steve Brandon from Parlin holding the pool scale. Condo Bob Had one of our first flounder to add to his ling catch.

We did not try today with the strong southerly wind and i am glad we are not bottom fishing on Saturday as I am sure it will take till at least Sunday for the ocean to settle and the ling to bite.

Next ling trip Sunday at 7:30

Not sailing Saturday nor Tuesday.

Thanks Captain George
