Headed out with jimmy the greek last night for the eyes on the big lake.we were greeted to blue bird clear blue skies and no wind, hah that didnt last long! Weather turned to crap as soon as we got to the main lake,dense fog misty rain you know just enough to make you miserable.( go figure)well we cruised over to the first spot where me and a few of the boyz been fishing motor up first cast kapowwwey!!! I knew it was somthing diffrent sure enough jimmy a few seconds later jimmy says that thing has a set of stripes!! In the net ! A 14-15 inch wiper. At this point me and jimmy are thinkin its gonna be game on nope! Hit a point on the main lake couldnt hold and make a cast with wind in our face blowing evrey bit of 20,now were both saying to ourselves what the hell were we thinkin coming out here in this crap lol well we picked up the gear and headed to jimmys spots outta the wind in a cove and was game on til 230 ! Finally tally was 10 eyes 1 wiper we both had at least 6 or seven hits that couldnt connect. good times mikey boy.........he sticks a wiper on the first cast at the first spot and 5 min later its blowin 20+ w whitecaps and we are in my LITTLE boat, not fun haha, bad choice on my part.........we beat em up good in my backup spot and rolled at least a dozen other fish, and were snaggin herring all over the place......its heated up this week, next week is gonna be off the hook.......

......eddie these are all average fish so far this year except the one mikey got was stockey, I need some length and girth (dont we all haha) if Im gonna pocket the cash this weekend in the tourney, gonna give it hell tho

I was out last night as well with my son, he never caught a walleye before. I knew with the overcast sky there would be a good chance while it was still light out. He nailed a fat 23" eye at 7:30 and 2 more on the way back to lee's after dark. The weather especially the wind cranked up after dark.

I dont know but I need to find a lady on sat nite, Im not gonna place w some males thats for sure unless its granpa marble eyes
