Took me 5 months
 

Only took me 5 months to catch my first largemouth bass this yr. I have only been on 4 trips, 3 of those trips all skunks but not this time. I caught 3 bass and missed many more all on senkos. And I had a pikeral cause he took the worm and I went to set the hook didnt even feel it just cut the line. Either way I have been too busy with work and packing an buying stuff for my Canada trip in 3 weeks but got all my pike stuff now need to buy more walleye stuff. Can't wait!!

Congrats Mike! Nice to finally get a few fish ain't it??? I had about four or five trips out this year before things finally started to come together as well. Was a little discouraged but kept telling myself it's gonna get better, only a matter of time. Water temps are finally rising and fish seem to be turning on!!!

I just got mine last week since the ice. It was discouraging. 5 trips ( from the shore, which i hate anyways) before i got redemption in a small pond. A few 3lbers, felt good again.
