Calstar 700XL fluke jigger
 

Spun up this Calstar 700XL for Saltlife1980 in all black with Fuji Alconite K guides, Fuji seat and butt cap, custom shaped burnt burl cork grips and finished off with a single feather inlay above the foregrip. This one is going to be used for bucktailing fluke and topwater for stripers and blues and.

Mike, those blanks are great, had one custom made on this model last year as well. Like those guides you put on this one. Rod is light enough for the bucktail touch and yet enough back bone to toy with some of the heavier boys out there. Good luck with yours Salt, know you're going to like it.
