Hotreels Charters cod report
 

Hey guys, was finally able to get some trips in now that the weather is allowing us. Started Last Friday with a full limit of cod with some haddock. This year we are all bait fishing, they are not hitting the jigs at all. Fishing this weekend was good as well, we were not able to get full limits of cod, but we still ended up with plenty of fish for everyone. A nice mix of cod, haddock, and big red fish filled every ones coolers up. I still have days left in May so call or email me to get in on the action. The stripers will be here pretty soon, and the tuna will follow shortly after them!

Notice to Mariners and people of Green Harbor...... Make sure to keep women, children and pets inside Monday and Tuesday... These guys eat anything that moves. When they come over to my house the fish stop swimmin in the fish tank :D

I was supposed to fish with Capt Jeff on 5/3, but had to go to my sons graduation. My group went up and fished with Jeff.

Nothing but praise and good words about the trip, fishing was slow but Jeff went the extra mile and stayed out longer to ensure they got their catch. Boat was comfortable and well maintained. Every one from my party said they will be back in a heart beat.

Looking forward to running up and jumping on Jeffs boat when my son gets home on leave.
