Monday Smackdown

Hits the sheds Monday with Mitch and had a great day. Sunny with a bit of wind, we got into the fish quickly and ended up with over 20 fish each. Tons of smallies with the largest going 3 1/2 lbs, we also had a good bunch snot rockets, some nice walleye, the biggest rock bass I've ever seen and a beautiful sunny that hit a jerk bait almost as big as it was. Add in the great homemade chicken salad sandwiches that Mitch made and it was an all around terrific day. Great time with a good friend... fish on...

Looks like you fellas smoked em! All kinds of species on the hit list. Nice fish all around. Havnt fished the sheds in a while. I gotta get out there somehow. Great pics and catching!!! YEA BUDDY!!!:D

That is indeed the biggest rock bass ever seen. That's one pretty sunny too. Nice catches. Another pickerel with that similar circular wound on its side. Wonder if that's a spawning thing.

If I ever see a picture of a chain pickerel not bleeding it would be a first. lol
