its not as crazy as you think. if you ever got a hook stuck in skin and you pull it out it bleeds like crazy. the guy in the vid most likely had his hand in ice for a long time and sprayed it with freezing spray so it went numb. dont you see how red his whole arm is. if you dont believe me try it with a small hook even a barbless one. you will bleed. the guy didnt even have a drop of blood thats some bs.

This guy is def either high as a kite or drunk as a skunk!! No way a man in the right mind would stick hooks up and down his arm and barely flinch. The no bleeding part... well that is just strange, lol.
