Channel & invasive striped catfishing today

Tough day on the river. 2 channels & 2 tiny striped catfish for me, think i outfished the 8 guys around us as we only saw 2 other channel catfish caught in 8 hours. alot of perch & small striped catfish bites downsized the hooks caught 2 then ran out of bait.the 1 striped catfish had been caught before, tough lil guys. fished really far south, than a lil bit more norf but still pretty deep souf, saw alot of boats anchored up much closer to home as i crossed the bridge we prolly over ran them by land lol but oh well great day off with my cousin

Say I was fishing the Philly area and caught a Sturgeon by accident. What would be the name in your fishing dictionary JMURR??? This may happen one day, on accident of course!!!:D

Thank you for the intel sir! I got the bait, big treble hook with a dozen nite crawlerz and chicken livas mixed in. I'm ready for CAVIAR!!!!!:D

Nice sized channels right there! Every so often I see guys catch some decent sized bowfin just up from you on the point. Usually around 18-24 inches. When the perch are in they tend to stack up in the cove. One nice thing about that spot, it's a short walk up the hill to the restaurant for a bite and a brew!
