Come to the Nomahegan Park Opening Day Celebration
 

Come help Rahway River Trout Unlimited celebrate Opening Day of Trout Season at Nomahegan Park (across the street from Union College) in Cranford NJ on April 5th, 2014 at 8AM.

Nomahegan Park will be stocked with 840 trout from the New Jersey Division of Fish & Wildlife and become open to fishing starting at 8AM on April 5th. Rahway River Trout Unlimited will be at the park to provide bait, hooks and bobbers as well as refreshment and assistance.

Please bring your fishing rods and catch those trout!

Should have had the county put it on their digital sign at the entrance to the park.

Good idea. I'll try that for the kids fishing derby. This was a last minute idea we threw together, not knowing if the fences were going to be taken down in time.
