Have a question for u, purchased a 22 predator. Installing my electronics wanted to do thru hull transducer. Would like to know best placement for it. It does have keel. Worth spending money on a 1000w ducer? Tried to join fish the classic but no luck being a yahoo email address thanks for any info

Welcome to the club and lots of luck with your new boat! You will love it. I have a 22 WA, and have a Raymarine C80 installed w/ a 1000 Watt thruhull transducer mounted about 3/4 the way up the hull on the starboard side. It works great. I'll crawl under there and take a few pics. I'll send you a PM later.

Couldn't figure out how to post pictures in a PM so I'll post them here.... Hope they help. The transducer is about 9 1/2' forward of the stern on the starboard side.
