1st outing report
 

So after scatching watching the guys get out i set out in search of some thick ice. Well after looking around found my poison! Right under my nose in my own back yrd who woulda though unfortunately this pond Dosnt have a great pan fish fishery and mostly just pickerl i pushed on couldnt get where i wanted with some funny looking color ice in my way so stuck to my side of it. Jigged for about 3 hrs with only a few bites that of course i screwed up and missed. Moral of my story is it felt good!:) hhopefully this weekend dosnt screw to much up i have to do some maintenance at work the next three days or id be out up north. Work screws me again:mad:

Good to hear you got out. At least you gave it a shot. Pickeral are scrappy fish. They have some heart. Gotta be panfish in there somewhere!!!

They always get a bad rap but I love a nice big pickerel thru the ice!!!

Getanet im guna check above the spill way tommorow i gota work in the morning but it might be safe had about 3 the other day be sweet if it had 5 or 6 on it

Kmarty u will get em man, nj early ice and its only december!!!!!feels so weird to be saying that lol Hard to believe! Least you got out, i went out last night what was 3 inches of ice monday was easy 5 yest
