Raritan river access point in Somerville:
 

Was back there with the CJST and found a good access site to the river by Rt. 206. Off South Bridge Street in Somerville, there is a nice paking lot and a paved path that gives you good access from Rt. 206 down river, lots of deep holes and big runs there.

Good spot but be careful over there in the summer time. Pretty rough crowds party hard under that bridge daily

Lol not being greedy. Head on down there and you'll see. No one speaks English but you'll be able to tell that what they are yelling at you isn't anything friendly.
