BOUNTY HUNTER - Slow Fluke Fishing With The Don Beshada Charter, 9/18
 

Capt. Paul had Don Beshada back on the Bounty Hunter for a day of Fluke fishing. We knew going in that it was going to be a slow day after yesterday's NE weather. As we suspected the ocean offshore had a rough residual roll in it with a brisk NW wind. Our first few drifts approached 2 Knots and it was not until the morning wind subsided that we started to catch a few fish. Shorts far outnumbered keepers but Don managed to put 7 nice fish in the boat while releasing over 25 shorts. Always fun to fish with Don. He and his daughter Emily will be back for Seabass Opening Day.:) :) :)
