Downrigger spool sticks???
 

I have a cannon easy troll manual DR they changed the name on the new model but anyway the problem i'm experiencing is when I lower the ball I have to turn the handle a lot to get the spool to turn and lower the weight and then when it does it drops to fast.
I guess there's some kind of clutch and don't know if it's something I can adjust or lube? There is no knob on the side either like on some models.
