Jefferson lake sussex (lmb)

Fished some new turf this wknd up in sussex, original plan was for a walk around jefferson lake.... But i had to bring a rod with me lol ended up fishing all light tackle 4lb test and my ultra light ended up with 6 lmb biggest nothing special 1.5# maybe 2# but man this place must get like no fishing pressure as soon as the plug hit the water here came the largemouths! Ended up with 6 nice healthy lmb only to take a pic of the biggest one, but ill def be back with more arsenal http://i1300.photobucket.com/albums/...ps57ffcc34.jpg

I never knew that lake was there!!! Fished Lake Musconetcong a million times and never even saw that lake.

Is there a boat launch there?

Reason I ask is that the NJ website lists no launch but Electric motor allowed.

Yes there is its gravel not paved but its def there!

Cool...Thanks for that. Didn't make sense to allow electric motors but not have a ramp...but I didn't know which piece was wrong!

Lots of salad and two sides are private. better early season. good mix of fish.
