Big D friday night
 

Hit the river in the Easton area last night from 8-1 looking for cats and stripes, first spot was dead nothing at all, move up to a different spot and had good action for about an hour and half. Landed 2 channel around 6# and 8# missed a couple others, and had one drag screamer come tight and then spit, nice night on the water

I was in my spot last night and got skunked, first time getting the SKUNK in my spot. No rain by you? The light ing and thunder was pretty intense last night. It rained somewhere, the river came up a couple inches while I was out there. Sounds like you got a couple good CATS!!!

I was out from 9-1. Three run offs with no hook-ups. Probably smaller fish grabbin half bait.... Gonna try some morning action next time out, 4-7 is usually a good slot, and I can still get to church, or work if that's the case.

Yea we watched a huge thunderhead form and the lightning got a little too close for comfort, that's when we headed north, no rain though, gonna try again sometime soon
