6-27-13 Weatherman scared alot of people away with the thunderstorm forecast,,only had a light crowd today...Shame the weather was beautiful and the ocean flat calm..First drift we had a nice 3-4lb.nice fluke come up pretty quick...No drift to speak of so you had to cast around to get any bites...Kinda stayed that way most of the morning...Just picked some fish here and there,,,best drift we had was 5 keepers,,some drifts just one or two,,and a few spots we tried just had shorts..So overall I though the fishing was slow,,,I fished and had two keepers,,one I busted off at the net that was close to five pounds..but you had to really work it today to get the keepers...Drift did pick up in the afternoon but it seemed like it died again like it has the past few days...Tomorrow the weather looks awesome again,,,See ya then
