Atlantic Star PM Trip
 

Decided last minute to run to AH for half day fluking. Stayed in the bay. (which I hate) I managed five fluke on Joe Fishler, from Keyport, custom bucktails with the stinger hook. I used smelts from Shop-Rite as bait with a piece of long squid holding the smelt in place.
Captain Tom and mate Brian did a good job working the deck. I missed the pool by 1/4 ounce.
A thunder storm blew through toward the end of the trip with plenty of rain and lightning.
Fishing on a friends boat tomorrow out of Neptune. Going to hit all the rough stuff from Elberon to Monmouth Beach in search of some big fish. Can't wait to fish hard stuff.
