My Spring 2013 Photos

Summer is just about here and I’m going to be in the sand and salt more than the lakes and rivers. So here’s a storyboard (hope it worked) with my spring fishing pictures to chronicle 2013....

I'll get salty in September.

Great pics, love the story board idea. Gotta try it sometime...

Lots of standing timber pics, Monksville I assume?

No. I only tell people I don't like to fish Monksville.

Was that a laker in the cooler? How'd that taste? Had smoked lake trout a while back...delicious.

Everything this spring was released except for four stocked brookies that went into the smoker. Those fish went into the livewell just to stay wet long enough to get a picture.

The lakers I’ve kept in the past are fine to eat. I know that lots of people don’t like them, but I a pan-fried laker taste good to me.
