Bass Master Pro question

I have been seeing a few bass on very shallow water (less than a foot deep) lately with their heads looking towards the land (maybe watching anything from land approaching?). But they just won't bite anything I present. Is there a pattern which will make them bite?

Firetiger F-3 Rapala would be my go to. Sometimes it isn't the lure try different retrieves. Also try putting more distance between you and the fish and just try and remember the spot. Always cast past the fish enough to let the whatever bait you're using do what it's designed to do after splashing in.

may be bedding and only way to get em to bite is annoy the ish out of them with nightcrrawlers or plastics but this is frowned upon by alot of anglers

Toss a jig in its bed and it will pick it up and move it out of the bed. Thats the only way really, some call it "sight fishing" but many frown upon it during the spawn. Just release anything you catch and handle them with care whatever you do
